Currently we are inviting applications from enthusiastic, positive and experienced ticketed applicants to join our team. Though shifts patterns may change we envisage 7-on 7-off shift rotations. Location will primarily be the 4EG Shop or Field Locations, and/or at the facilities of some of our strategic partners for assigned periods.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy-duty equipment such as trucks, loaders, excavators, and other machinery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet, supporting our operations across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy-duty equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Overhaul and rebuild engines, transmissions, and other major
• Operate diagnostic tools and equipment to identify
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality
• Maintain accurate service records and
• Adhere to company safety procedures and industry
• Coach and mentor

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification or Red Seal
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting
• Experience with hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and
• Strong problem-solving and organizational
• Ability to work independently and as part of a
• Valid driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 preferred).
